Job Eyewear Frame Manufacturing Technician

Decot Sport Glasses is looking to hire a new eyewear frame manufacturing tech. The ideal candidate has some prior soldering/brazing experience, preferably in the eyewear space but open to other variable experience types. This position is full time 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm. No nights and weekends. $18-$20/hr DOE. Requirements

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or precision work; experience in eyewear or optical industry preferred but not required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality control to ensure products meet design and safety standards.

Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle small parts and perform intricate assembly tasks with care and accuracy.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and identify solutions to production challenges.

Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Physical Stamina: Capable of sitting for extended periods and lifting/moving materials as needed up to 50lbs.

Safety Awareness: Knowledge of and adherence to workplace safety protocols.
